Taking good care of my body and mind has always been my number 1 priority.
As a parisienne, I enjoy going out, eating what I want while sharing a glass of wine with friends. I want my lifestyle to stay this way, as long as i control myself and my body.

Maybe you’ve realised that sports is my everything.
I basically train 4 times a week with different workouts & trainers. The hardest and most productive one is, for sure, the Nike training.
